Myson Inc makes every effort to ensure that your shipment will arrive safely and on time.  We are partners with the best carriers in the US and have secured some very competitive rates.  This enables us to pass these cost savings to our customers and ensure that we are providing you with the best value for your project dollar.

SHIPPING RATES:

Budget Towel Warmer Products:

Estimated shipping charges are based on product weight and location of delivery by UPS.  We reserve the right to utilize a different carrier to ensure our ability to deliver your order in a timely and cost efficient manner. Additional charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Factory Clearance Products:

Clearance products are shipped free of charge via UPS or Fedex Ground Shipping. These charges are applicable for shipments within Continental America.  Additional charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Myson Standard Products:

Myson uses Fed Ex Express, Fed Ex Ground & UPS for all small package shipping.  Myson will choose the best carrier based on the item size and weight, and location to deliver your order on time and safely.  Contact Myson 1 800 698 9690 for cost details.

 

Spare Parts:

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Myson’s shipping method of choice is Fed Ex Express Saver.  This ensures our customers the safest delivery of all Myson products.  2nd Day and Standard Overnight deliveries are available to MOST parts of the US.  Please call Myson at 1-800-698-9690 for the additional costs.

SHIPPING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:

If the shipment is going to another country you will need to contact Myson Customer Service for a quotation.  Please note that Myson is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees including brokerage fees and customs charges associated to the purchase.  All these additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Products in stock are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of the order.
Products out of stock will ship out within 3 business days of receipt of the product.

  • All deliveries are curbside unless the customer makes special arrangements with the shipping company.
  • We are not liable for expedited shipping charges due to delay in the lead-time of an order.  Expedited shipping services are offered to speed up the transit time.
