Return Policy

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED FROM MYSON DIRECT. ALWAYS REFER BACK TO THE LOCATION YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FROM.

This return policy is only applicable to people whom have purchased products direct from Myson Inc.

GENERAL POLICY:

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchasing for a credit, provided they are in their original packaging and are deemed by Myson, Inc to be in resalable condition.  Unless the product is proved to be defective by Myson, Inc returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

  • Should products be deemed to be genuinely defective or have missing parts Myson, Inc will repair or replace at no additional cost and as quick as possible.  The repaired /or replacement product will be shipped by the same method as the original order.
  • Should you receive the wrong order you will not be subject to any additional costs and we will send you the correct order as quick as possible.
  • Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable, Myson Inc is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders granted free shipping will be billed for the original shipping cost if they are returned.
  • No return is accepted without the completion of an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorisation)
  • Installed product is deemed as non-returnable and you will not qualify for a credit.

PRODUCT INSPECTION ON RETURNS:

Myson will inspect all products returned upon arrival.  Products are checked to ascertain:

  • Whether the product has been returned in its original packaging and general packaging condition.
  • All hardware / installation manuals have indeed been returned.

Any product that does not pass our inspection criteria is deemed as non-returnable.


HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
 
The product must be returned within 30 days to the location it was purchased from.  If you have purchased this product direct from Myson the following guidelines apply:

  • Please use our RGA Request form for to submit the necessary informaiton detailing circumstances / reasons for the return.  You should receive a reply within 3 business days.
  • Should Myson agree to the return, you will be issued with an RGA number.
  • Return the package to Myson fully insured and properly packaged.  Do not forget to include the RGA number.  No returns are accepted by our receiving department if the RGA # is not on the outside of the box.
