This Warranty covers defects in manufacture, materials or workmanship.

For a period of time specific to your purchase (click here for warranty duration look up) from date of purchase, our only obligation is to replace a defective product at our discretion.  Replaced product becomes our property and is not to be disposed of without our permission.

Please inspect your product upon receipt.  In the unlikely event that a product problem is noted prior to installation you must refer back to your supplier (outlet of purchase) within 30 days.  In the event of shipping damage you must refer back within 15 days.  We cannot accept any claim outside of this time frame.

Any claim made under this warranty must be notified to us immediately in writing and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase showing the date and place of purchase.

Should the product prove to be unsuitable through no fault of the manufacturer we reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking charge.  The purchaser is also responsible for the return of the product and its shipping cost.

The Myson Warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear.
• Damage arising from improper use and / or installation.
• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with the cleaning and care instructions issued with the product.
• Damage arising due to connecting the product to an electrical supply not corresponding with the nameplate specification or subject to power surges.
• Damage arising from installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes or use of accessories not approved by Myson.
• No liability is accepted for any injury, loss of income, consequential damage to other household fixtures, fittings or furnishing arising from any claim, even if attached to the product.
• Labor or associated costs that may be incurred in the removal or installation of the product.
• Myson is not responsible for freight charges, damages due to loss or damage in transit.  Damage due to shipping and handling is not a manufacturing defect.
• Our obligation under this warranty is to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred if product is sold to another party.
• As we are continuously improving and developing our product ranges, we may not be able to provide an identical replacement for a defective product throughout the warranty period, and where an identical product is no longer available we will supply with a product of a value and with such features, as we consider appropriate in the circumstances.
• The replaced product will be covered under this warranty only for the balance of the original warranty period.
• This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.  If any of the provisions above are contrary to any relevant legislation, then that provision shall be deemed to be excluded from the warranty and the rest of the provision(s) will apply.
• Outside the 50 United States and Canada this warranty does not apply.
