An order may be cancelled and refunded provided the order has not already been shipped from our inventory. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact Myson Customer Service and they will advise you on the status of your order whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Custom orders can not be cancelled after 72 hours of order placement.

You can still return a product after it has been shipped. However, please note it will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge and therefore you will not receive a full refund of the purchase price.
